A Season of Collaboration: What We’re Making (and Sharing) in 2026
Every year, lavender season brings a little more than bloom.
It brings people.
Neighbors, makers, growers, and small businesses who care deeply about what they do—and who see lavender not just as an ingredient, but as something that can be part of everyday life.
This season, we’ve had the chance to work with some incredibly thoughtful partners across the Central Coast and beyond. Each collaboration started the same way: a conversation about ingredients, process, and how something simple can be made just a little better.
Everything you’ll find here begins the same way all of our products do—with lavender grown, harvested, and distilled right here on our farm in San Miguel.
Here’s what we’ve been working on together this year.
Rinn’s Pantry × Hambly Lavender Farm
Thoughtful pantry staples, rooted in place
Working with Rinn’s Pantry felt like a natural fit—shared values, small-batch approach, and a deep appreciation for ingredients that speak for themselves.
Together, we created three pantry staples designed to quietly elevate everyday cooking:
Fleur & Sel (Lavender Finishing Salt)
A delicate blend of flaky sea salt and culinary lavender.
Clean, mineral-rich, with just enough floral brightness to lift both savory and sweet dishes.
Use it on roasted vegetables, grilled meats, soft cheeses—or even shortbread and ice cream.
Ooh La La Herbs de Provence
A classic French-inspired herb blend with a soft lavender finish.
Warm, savory, and versatile—made for roasted potatoes, chicken, focaccia, and simple meals shared around the table.
With Sugar on Top (Lavender Sugar)
A small detail that makes everyday moments feel special.
Stir into tea, finish baked goods, or use it to rim a cocktail glass. Easy, beautiful, and quietly indulgent.
Spice of Life × Hambly Lavender Farm
A calming daily ritual
Mint & Lavender Herbal Tea
A gentle, caffeine-free blend of spearmint, honeybush, raspberry leaf, lemon balm, and our estate-grown lavender.
It’s the kind of tea you reach for without thinking—morning or evening, hot or iced.
Cooling, lightly floral, and easy to enjoy every day.
Root Elixirs × Hambly Lavender Farm
An easy way to elevate any drink
Sparkling Craft Cocktail & Mocktail Mixers
These are designed for real life—something you can keep in the fridge and use without overthinking.
The Strawberry Lavender flavor brings in our lavender in a way that’s balanced and subtle, paired with real fruit and clean ingredients.
Drink it on its own, pour it over ice, or add your favorite spirit. It’s an easy upgrade for hosting—or just a Tuesday night.
Sugar + Spoon × Hambly Lavender Farm
A seasonal favorite worth waiting for
Lavender Honey Caramels with Sea Salt (Limited Batch)
This is one we look forward to all year.
Made just down the road with Sugar + Spoon, these small-batch caramels combine local honey, smooth vanilla, and a light touch of culinary lavender—finished with sea salt.
Soft, buttery, and gently floral—never overpowering.
They’re released in limited batches and tend to go quickly.
Yes Cocktail Co. × Hambly Lavender Farm
A versatile staple for drinks and more
Lavender Simple Syrup
A clean, lightly floral syrup made with real lavender and pure cane sugar.
It’s one of the easiest ways to bring lavender into your day—whether that’s a cocktail, sparkling water, iced tea, or your morning coffee.
Balanced, not too sweet, and endlessly useful.
Sierra Honey Farm × Hambly Lavender Farm
A classic pairing, done well
Lavender Infused Honey
Golden honey infused with a soft floral note of lavender.
Smooth, balanced, and incredibly versatile—stir into tea, drizzle over toast, pair with cheese, or use in cocktails.
It’s one of those pantry staples that quietly becomes part of your routine.
Why We Collaborate
Every product here starts the same way—with lavender grown and cared for on our farm.
But what makes these collaborations special is what happens next.
Each partner brings their own craft, their own perspective, and their own way of turning good ingredients into something worth sharing.
These aren’t mass-produced products. They’re small-batch, thoughtfully made, and rooted in relationships—between farmers, makers, and the people who bring them into their homes.
Experience It All on the Farm
If you’re visiting this season, you’ll find these collaborations in the farm store—alongside the fields, the scent of lavender in the air, and the place where it all begins.
And if you’re not nearby, many of these are available online.
Either way, they’re meant to be used, shared, and enjoyed—every day, in small, meaningful ways.
