Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

3. If something isn’t right, let us know. 

How to Initiate a Return

2. Include clear photos of the product showing the damage, incorrect item, or expiration date.

3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds or Replacements

• For approved returns, we will issue a replacement or a store credit to your original payment method, including any applicable shipping charges.
