Flat Rate Shipping is always $10.00 any order
How Shipping works:
Place your order.
You’ll receive an email confirming your order has been placed. If you need to adjust or cancel, contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best—once an order is fulfilled, we can’t modify it.
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the farm.
Shipping outside the US?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Shipping policy
We typically ship within 2 business days of your order, unless otherwise stated on the website. During peak bloom (May–July) and special releases, processing may extend to 3–4 business days due to volume. Orders ship via USPS and include $100 of insurance coverage. Once your package leaves our farm, we are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage in transit.
Please double-check your address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it (you’ll cover the new label) or refund the product total minus original shipping.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has shipped, it is your responsibility to track the shipment using the tracking information provided. Hambly Farms is not liable for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

At Hambly Farms, we take pride in the quality and care of our handcrafted lavender products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise with your order.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
Damaged Products: If your item arrived damaged, we cover it, just contact us within 7 days. We may ask for photos to speed things up. Exception: Purchases made Nov 1–Dec 31 may be returned through Jan 15 (standard condition rules apply).
Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
If something isn’t right, let us know!
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at hamblyfarms@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Include clear photos of the product showing the damage or incorrect item.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return & replacement.
Refunds or Replacements
For approved returns, we will issue a replacement or a store credit to your original payment method, including any applicable shipping charges.
