1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Make Lavender Honey Simple Syrup (recipe is on the Hambly Farms Recipe Page). In a cocktail shaker, combine the Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and ice. Shake well. Strain cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender.
