Lavender Honey Simple Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Hambly Farms Honey

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 2 tsp. Hambly Farms Estate Culinary Lavender

Directions:

Place honey, water, and culinary lavender in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk util the honey dissolves, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and set the saucepan aside. Let mixture cool completely then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the lavender buds. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator! Recipe makes about 1 cup.
