We have a Copper Alembic Still we steam lavender buds & plant material and gather essential oil and the steam that condenses back into a liquid, and loaded with plant nutrients is called Hydrosol.  We grow the lavender, harvest it and then it goes straight into the still for distillation. Once the process is complete the essential oil and hydrosol are bottled right here on the farm and ready to go home with you!
