Quick Tips for Growing Lavender

At this time of the year, weather plays a BIG part in what you do.

We began hedging our lavender plants last week to prepare them for winter. This pruning of the long stems helps a plant keep its form and fullness.

So, how do you know the right time to hedge and prune your lavender plants? You should be pruning your lavender plants ~4-6 weeks before the first frost.

If you grew lavender this season, how did your plants do?? Let us know any questions you have! Every year that goes by, your lavender plants will get more and more full!
